  • 60ml Ragazzi e Succo Aperitivo
    20ml Lemon Juice
    90ml Tonic/Soda/Prosecco

    Build ingredients add ice and a slice mandarin or pink grapefruit.

    Add all ingredients shake strain into high ball garnish with fresh or dehydrated pink grapefruit.

    Add all ingredients shake double strain into cocktail glass.

    Add all ingredients into wine glass top with ice and garnish with a lemon wedge.

    Add all ingredients, dry shake then wet shake, double strain into chilled cocktail glass express lemon zest over the top with grated lemon zest as garnish

    3 Scoops Lemon Sorbet

    In a chilled mixing bowl add sorbet and start mixing to loosen sorbet add spirits and juice and stir and mix till slushy consistency add to Champagne flutes and top with Prosecco. (Serves 2)

    Add all ingredient into shaker, dry shake then wet shake double strain into chilled cocktail glass, express lemon zest over top garnished with grated lemon zest.

    30ml soda

    Add all ingredients (except Soda) shake and strain into Collins glass top with ice and soda garnish with a lemon and skewered Maraschino cherry.

    120ml Pinot Grigio or other crisp unoaked white wine

    Add all ingredients into wine glass top with ice and enjoy (not everything needs spritz).

  • 60ml Ragazzi e Succo Amaro
    30ml Lemon Juice
    20ml Egg white
    7.5ml Strong Demerera Sugar 2:1
    3 dashes of bitters Orange + Old Fashioned bitters

    Add all ingredients, Dry Shake then wet shake double strain into chilled cocktail glass blast an orange zest over the top with a brûlée disc on top.

  • 30ml Ragazzi e Succo Amaro
    30ml Bourbon or Rye
    5ml Strong Demerera sugar syrup 2:1
    Dash each of orange and Angostura Bitters

    Add all ingredients into mixing glass top with ice, stir for 15 seconds, strain into rocks glass top with large ice cube and zest of an orange.

    All ingredients into shaker, shake, double strain into cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon twist or a miniature paper plane.

  • 60ml Ragazzi e Succo Amaro
    1/2 Lime quarter & Segmented
    10ml Strong Demerera Sugar syrup 2:1
    45ml spicy Ginger beer

    Muddle lime in a collins glass add Amaro and sugar add crushed ice and swizzle top with ginger beer and crushed ice.

    30ml Gopel Rye Whiskey

    Pour into rocks glass add ice stir with finger and garnish with an Orange Zest.

    25ml Reposado Tequila

    Add all Ingredients into mixing glass stir down with ice and serve in a rocks glass with large ice cube. Garnished with an Orange Twist.
